The information on getcenternest.com and in the CenterNest application (the “Service”) is provided by Sara Abdelwahid, an individual based in Morocco, for general information and to help centres manage their own records. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but we make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, about its completeness, accuracy or reliability.

CenterNest is a record-keeping tool. Its figures, reports, salary calculations, arrears lists and other results are based on the data you enter, and are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or educational advice. Before you make decisions that depend on them, check them yourself, and ask a qualified professional where needed.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind. As far as the law allows, we do not guarantee that:

• the Service will meet every one of your needs;
• it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors;
• any errors will be corrected immediately;
• results obtained from it will be accurate if the data entered is incomplete or wrong.

We take regular backups, but you are responsible for keeping your own copies of important data; you can export everything at any time from Settings → Database.

Although we take care to make the Service correct, it may contain errors, omissions or out-of-date information. We are not responsible for any errors or omissions, or for results obtained from using this information.

The Service may contain links to external websites, such as Paddle’s, that we do not control. We do not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or completeness of any information on those websites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Some features help you contact students or parents, for example by preparing a WhatsApp payment reminder. The messages are sent by you, from your own account, and you are responsible for their content and for having the right to send them.

As far as the law allows, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or your reliance on its information, as set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any right you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
